This looked to be the only #vegan dish on the menu.
I love mushrooms, so
swapped for more instead of having the grilled tomato - they're super fresh and everything is #locallysourced
The spinach, hash brown and baked beans were great (but pretty easy to make).
The tofu scramble and avocado both had a bit of a kick to them. I enjoyed the avocado but if I'm honest left most of the scramble.
I'm not usually a fan of veggie sausages - it was more like another hash brown with frozen veggies. I gave it to my mum but wouldn't have it again (next time I'd swap for more mushrooms, ha).
The portion was pretty huge, I shared with my daughter who scoffed all of the toast and baked beans - definitely a lot for one person.
The space is really beautiful - looks over roaming fields but doesn't offer any oat milk or milk alternatives that I could see.
