Thai Red Curry Vegetable Balls With Noodles

I was expecting more Thai flavours than this delivered but I wasn't disappointed. The vegetable balls were so yummy and were perfect with the noodles. There was a hint of Thai in the sauce and the dish as a whole but it was more inspired than true Thai. I would have it again.
