I ordered a 28 piece vegan #sushi combo as my main meal at Temple Rio,
an all you can eat asian restaurant in Porto, #portugal. We had to place our orders through a tablet and as this combo is not originally vegan I added a note saying that it should be vegan (and added "no cheese, no mayo, no egg", just in case). The waitress showed up with a sushi platter... with fish on it. I had to send it back and explain what vegan meant, and they ended up bringing me the platter above. It was okay, not outstanding but not bad! I probably wouldn't go back because ordering was such a hassle. Even though I made my preferences clear, along with this platter they brought me sushi pieces fried in batter, and I believe that might have had egg in it, so I just had my non-vegan friends eat it. Perhaps I should have been more clear when talking to the waiters right when we first ordered. Either way, I recommend this place but just be extra careful when ordering. 😅
