Lok-Lak is a traditional Khmer dish normally consisting of stir-fried beef in a sweet sauce accompanied by a lime, salt and pepper sauce, that is supposed to be very peppery! I tend to love the vegan versions of this dish, especially when they contain #tempeh! This one was decent, however the tempeh had a bit of a bitter taste (guess they didn’t boil it) and was some really big chunks that didn’t let the sauce get inside.
