Taohoo Satay

I love this tofu satay! The peanut sauce is so hearty and the cucumber relish is so light and fresh. It might seem like a weird combination, but it's perfect! #tofu #thai

These tofu skewers were marinated beautifully. I really liked the fresh cucumber relish and peanut sauce it was served with as well!
