This is a super traditional way of eating a papad that I rarely see at
a restaurant. It’s basically a lentil wafer that can be fried or roasted - we got ours roasted - and then topped with chopped tomatoes, onions, parsley and chili powder and then sprinkled with fresh lemon juice. It’s an awesome way to start a meal and takes a minute to make at home! Try it out!
