Taco Bowl

We got the taco bowl with garlicky mushrooms and tostada tortillas. It was our visit here, and we made a brilliant (lucky) choice. Great dish! And I’m glad to support a business that is both 100% vegan and pays a living wage. #winwin #veganisnotscary #intersectionality

This consisted of Mexican red rice, beans with sunflower crema and almond queso fresco, tinga made with savory braised jackfruit and caramelized onions stewed in a spicy chipotle sauce, rajas made with poblano peppers, taco campana, salsa, and a side of three warm tortillas.
