Szechuan Tofu Lettuce Wraps

This is probably one of the best dish I’ve tried lately. The tofu was made perfectly and full of flavor, the wrap so delish!

Simply a SLAM DUNK! The tofu was delightfully crispy and the Szechuan sauce accompanied by that gorgeous gochujang oil was out of this world! AND they gave me an entire HALF A HEAD of iceberg lettuce. It’s been a great day!
