Overall good, but honestly doesn't hold a candle to the ginger beef at Padmanadi's in Edmonton.

Menu says: “Soya strips in spicy Szechuan sauce, it is a popular dish” and that about sums it up! Chewy and also somehow also a little bit crispy. This is my favourite Lotus Pond dish. The price has gone up in 2021, but the portion size has increased too, so no complaints!
