Sweet & Spicy Mushroom with Assorted Vegetables

These were REALLY spicy - the fact that this is Korean cuisine should've clued us in😂 They were delicious though! Warm, soft mushrooms wrapped in a crisp and flavorful shell. This would go great with rice or noodles.
