the mushrooms are braised really well, i rlly like them!! didnt fancy the tofu nugget

that much actually (think was too crispy for my liking / felt mostly like fried flour) but otherwise the veggies were great :DD wldnt hv minded more sesame seeds hehe

The vegetables were well-seasoned with generous sesame oil but this dish felt like a healthy

variation!

🍘🇰🇷🥕🍄 Appreciate the sauce on the side, as it can get quite salty if the

whole thing was used! Unfortunately it isn't in a stone earthenware, but I guess that helps to reduce the oil needed. Mix of fresh and cooked ingredients, on top of brown rice. Simple but good for me~ 😚 #veganbibimbap #veganinsingapore

I've been wanting to try the bibimbap here since this is one of the recommended

dish on the menu. Verdict? Super disappointing.
The bibimbap dressing is supposed to be a highlight of bibimbap but it definitely was distinctly ketchup-ish! The rest of the ingredients were lightly flavoured, nothing particularly outstanding or bad. In place of the egg was a piece of fried firm tofu (non-crispy). Honestly, I believe even I (a non-cook) could whip up a more satisfying bibimbap.

Just average, nothing exceptionally good .
Will try other fish next time
