Steak Frites

Looking at it , it’s hard to believe it’s not a rare piece of meat. But it’s a lions main mushroom with a beet sauce . Taste was very flavorful , just wish the consistency was a little more done . “ Parmesan “ fries were awesome !

My mom tried the steak and frites, and omg did it shock us all when it came out! It looked so much like steak! The magic of mushrooms! It was a lions mane mushroom, and they used beetroot to mimic the look of a rare steak, so impressive. It didn’t taste too much like steak though, and the texture was a lot more delicate, but it was super delicious! Very hearty and had some rosemary and thyme sprinkled on top. The fries on the side were delicious, topped with this vegan Parmesan that could fool anyone!
