Spinach and Onion Compote Ravioli

These ravioli are served on a cashew based creamy white sauce. The filling is generous and tasty. The sauce is also very good, delicate. According to my taste maybe the sauce is too much in quantity, even a less amount would have been ok. All in all is nevertheless a dish I’d recommend #veganravioli #vegancashewcream #indianvegan
