Spinach & Mushroom Pizza

Their homemade feta cheese is incredible. This pizza is stupendous.

A delicious and warm, thin-crust pizza. I had the cooked and gluten-free version, which was pretty satisfying. Maybe I could have left one or two slices for takeaway 🍕🥡. The melted mozzarella cheese was delicious, and the tomato sauce was flavourful and salty. This is the menu description: “Thin spinach crust topped with mushrooms, spinach, pickled shallots, capers, and pili nut cheese.” The only thing I did not love was the capers and perhaps adding a sweet ingredient to the mix wold be intresting. I loved the restaurant; the wifi password is “Jesuswasvegan.”

All raw pizza, looks beautiful, satisfies my pizza craving without compromising health as it's super healthy as far as pizza goes. I enjoyed it! Not for every day just once in awhile !

This pizza is really unique. It's all raw and has nice bold strong flavours of spinach and mushroom and shallots. It doesn't taste anything like a normal pizza but it's better! It's super nourishing and delicious. I love it ! Also the take out containers here at Alchemy are next level sustainable and amazing...all bamboo leaves.
