Spinach & Mushroom Pizza at Alchemy — Anina Troya's Review (Apr 13, 2023)

A delicious and warm, thin-crust pizza.

I had the cooked and gluten-free version, which was pretty satisfying. Maybe I could have left one or two slices for takeaway 🍕🥡.

The melted mozzarella cheese was delicious, and the tomato sauce was flavourful and salty.

This is the menu description: “Thin spinach crust topped with mushrooms, spinach, pickled shallots, capers, and pili nut cheese.”

The only thing I did not love was the capers and perhaps adding a sweet ingredient to the mix wold be intresting.

I loved the restaurant; the wifi password is “Jesuswasvegan.”
