Dan Dan Noodle

Spicy moon has the BEST vegan Dan Dan noodles EVER. Please excuse my bad photo

and go there and order the Dan Dan noodles. It’s enough for two people to share. I like to order them a little less spicy, and sometimes I order pea leaves and mix them in. But there’s nothing that beats these Dan Dan noodles. Make sure to make a reservation if you’re trying to go there for dinner on a weekend.

Asked for a 7/10 on the spice level and it was absolutely amazing. Will be

coming back for this.

This dish was much much spicier than it looked, but I was still able to

enjoy the other flavors. The sauce seemed to have a lot of sesame oil and was very rich. The Beyond Beef crumble also had a great texture and taste.

I added beyond beef to this and it was delicious!! Love the concept of this

place but definitely felt like it could be a lot spicier!! Very american level of spice and the noodles were like spaghetti rather than ramen but tasty and savory!!

Every dish we had here was DIVINE, including this huge bowl of dan dan noodles!!

Flavourful minced meat, noodles had a creamy soft texture and portions were generous.

In total we shared 3 dishes between the two of us but even then it was alot and we ended up with leftovers for every dish to take home. Wish we had more space to try the other dishes, I loved everything we ordered!
