Spicy Lemongrass Tofu

Requested milder version of spicy lemongrass tofu was delicious. Perhaps the spicy version may be even better. For a tofu dish it had so many vegetables, mainly cabbage and just a bit of tofu. #veganfoodisdelicious #veganproud
