Vegan sushi with protein?!? A very rare find!!! I was extremely pleased and impressed with this place, I just wish they were a sit down restaurant! This roll had a nice savoury spicy and vinegary flavour with so many fun toppings! So so unique! It was $18.99 but huge!! Omgggg this was the best #vegan #sushi I have ever had!!! It was described as: Katsu-Style Eggplant, Red Pepper, Spicy Tomato Relish, Topped with Mircogreens and JD Teriyaki Sauce (Vegan) It was soooo #unique with the #breaded #eggplant. It was $18.99 and worth every penny.
