Omgggg this was the best #vegan #sushi I have ever had!!! 

It was described as: 
Katsu-Style Eggplant, Red Pepper, Spicy Tomato Relish, Topped with Mircogreens and JD Teriyaki Sauce (Vegan)

It was soooo #unique with the #breaded #eggplant. 

It was $18.99 and worth every penny.
