Spicy Kaluna Crunch

Yum!! This is a great #sushiroll that I've gotten several times now! I LOVE that Blue Sushi has such an extensive list of #vegansushi and that they are #unique, you can really tell they put a lot of thought into their menu. This roll comes with 8 pieces and contains #plantbased #tuna, spicy #aioli, #cucumber, #avocado, #crispyquinoa, black tobiko caviart, and #scallion. The flavors work really well together! Tbh I don't think the vegan tuna really tastes like tuna, so I'd be fine with that ingredient being replaces by something else, but again I appreciate the unique and extensive options!!

This was a beautiful and delicious roll! It had plant based tuna, vegan spicy aioli, cucumber, avocado, crispy quinoa, black tobiko caviart, scallion. The tuna tasted so real it was amazing and the “caviar” was made from seaweed. So cool!! It was a great combination of flavors and really tasted like a raw sushi roll.
