Spicy Beef Noodles 辣椒牛肉面

Read all d rave about this dish so am happy im working in Orchard Rd area ths period. I enjoyed the taste of this, just wld hv preferred it to be slightly thicker. Very generous with the #mockmeat #tofu Was here at lunchtime, so am guessing the broth is freshly cooked. So perhaps if the broth has been boiled longer it wld be thicker? 🤔 But overall it’s stil an enjoyable dish and it’s great tht we can get a decently priced dish in this part of town.

It’s an alright dish but some of the ingredients didn’t taste great. The tofu skin was tough and the tofu was fishy. It’s fine when you’re in a pinch but wouldn’t be coming back purely to have this.

There’s always a silver lining 💆‍♀️ I’m so lucky this #vietnamesefood #hawker is right next to my doctor’s! 👨‍⚕️ This #pho is pho 🍜 king 🤴 good 🙌 as many #vietnamese restaurants like to say 😛 I like their choice of #veganbeef 🐄 It seems like the dehydrated kind you hydrate and then it’s no longer dehydrated 💦 Neither will you be after this amazing spicy #broth 🥵 Okay, it’s not really #spicy and those #cilipadi you see were not included 🙊 I just included it for good measure 🙈 I will recommend that you bring tissues because I was leaking 😪 from this being served hot off the stove! So good!! 😋 Some wooden chopsticks too 🪵 I was laughing at myself struggling to curl the #noodles onto my soup spoon like an absolute siaolang 🤣 Why use such slippery noodles?? I had exactly S$7.30 in change in my #corkleather wallet 💳 so I must say this was meant to be 👼 Oh, and it’s less fatty than the noodles at The Kind Bowl so if you’re like me also need see doctor better eat here iykyk 😮‍💨

Generous portions of 'beef' slices and other ingredients in this tasty Spicy Beef Noodles. And the sambal chilli on the side is made by the stall owners themselves. I like that they are open till late until 23:30 pm so we non-meat eaters have somewhere to go or order food delivery even when it's past 9pm, there's hardly any vegan places available.

Tbh wasn’t too sure about my choice till I dug into this bowl of vegan goodness. You will only regret not patronising sooner. Thankful she chose to make it a vegan stall. Please go support. Good belly good and affordable pho.. 🌸🫶🏻🌱
