Spicy Baby Corn

Not my favourite corn but it was ok. Just the right level of spice for a whitey like me.

This spicy baby corn was prepared in a red miso sauce with herbs and sesame seeds and served on top of a bed corn creme. Love the way they prepared this with the miso sauce and the spices!
