These #empanadas were from a food stand in SPARK called Tricolour. They were pretty tasty;
the inside just tasted like tomato-flavoured mashed potato and they were nice and crispy on the outside, and surprisingly filling for their size. The little pot of ‘aji’ sauce was just vinegary onions, but they went really well in the empanadas. I’d say £4 was a reasonable price.
