soy milk dandan noodles

If it weren’t for abillion I wouldn’t have had this amazing first dinner in Japan! I was able to find this spot near my hotel thanks to the abillion app and decided to go there after reading some positive reviews. The place is very small: just a counter with some stools in a long and narrow room. The chef is the only person working there and you can buy your dish through a vending machine at the entrance. The chef was kind enough to explain to us in English the dishes and I decided to go with this soy-milk Dan Dan noodles soup. This was so delicious and creamy! I couldn’t believe my tastebuds! Sweet and spicy ramen made with soy milk. I imagine they use corn soup as a secret ingredient. There seem to be a lot of repeat customers. 豆乳を使った甘辛いラーメン。 隠し味にコーンスープを使っているのではと想像。 リピーターが多いらしい。
