Sourdough With Tofu Cream Cheese

A bit pricey for four little slices of bread I must say. The bread itself was real proper, rustic, earthy sourdough, which is a very rare thing for Korea. It’s such a shame though that they barely give you enough cream cheese! By the time you scrape it over the four slices it’s so scantily thin that you can’t even taste it and might as well not be there at all. Summary: demand more cream cheese.
