
This came with nut butter, broccoli, cauliflower and pickled zucchini. Loved the rich & creamy nut butter as well as the tangy zucchini. The tofu was on the lighter side. Wish there was more of that orange glaze for the tofu! xP The sourdough could be toasted instead of fried to let the acidity of the sourdough shine through and to make this healthier too! :)
I always have this dish, not because of anything else but the sourdough bread with the nut butter. Everything else about the dish (esp the tofu) is easily forgotten but the bread keeps me coming back. I wish they could change the tofu up for something else though, it doesn’t go very well with the bread.
The orange flavor really pops and the combination of textures is really pleasant.

The dish you see here was an orange glazed grilled tofu served on a sourdough toast with homemade vegan nut butter and broccoli and cauliflower blanched in kelp stock! With a delicious ribbon of yellow zucchini. I got this with a beetroot cold pressed juice for $15. Pretty awesome deal for such a well prepared dish!
