Soba Noodle Soup With Vegetable Tempura

An absolutely delicious dish at a unbelievably low price of just AUD 11.50. Buckwheat noodles in a tasty vegan soup topped with a slightly sweet tofu, pieces of seaweed and chopped shallots whilst on the side is a substantial serving of tempura pumpkin, eggplant and vegetable fritters. I'll definitely be back to eat this again.
