Newest seasonal special for Apr/May 2023 - a Korean bibimbap-inspired bowl created in collaboration with

local business Wanting Kimchi! Featuring gut-friendly toppings (high in probiotics and/or prebiotics), including vegan cabbage kimchi, banana-leaf tempeh, shiitake mushrooms, Korean beansprouts, bokchoy, and shredded carrots atop black wholegrain rice. Personally would have liked the tempeh to be lightly marinated in Korean BBQ sauce, as it tasted somewhat plain on its own. Nonetheless the overall dish was tasty especially when tossed together with the shredded nori and their housemade signature bibimbap dressing (more runny like it was oil-based, compared to conventional gochujang sauce).
