Featuring pulled mushrooms (shiitake mushroom stems etc) glazed in housemade smoky and sweet teriyaki sauce which was smoky and sweet (but not cloyingly so). Quite a nice umami flavour and shredded texture! 🌯🍄🟫 Layered with tomato, cucumber, and red cabbage. 🍅🥒 I got the wholemeal wrap which seemed to be smaller in portion compared to the other rendition with their housemade burger bun bread.
