Smoked sweet potato

Smoked Sweet Potato VG 65 Whipped tahini, ginger & corn salsa, coriander, garlic flakes, beetroot dust Loved this small plate. Only complaint is that it came out cold..not sure if its supposed to be that way but I think it would have been so much better warm.
