Smacked Cucumber Salad

This smashed cucumber was more like sliced . Was good but could have used more chili crisp and vinegar .

This wasn’t much of a “smashed” cucumber salad as much as a sliced cucumber salad. It was nice, very saucy, however I like the freshness of when there are actually pieces of cucumber to contract the flavourful sauce, which this one didn’t have. So I did find the sauce to overwhelm the cucumber. 🥒
