This consisted of vermicelli rice noodles stir fried with yellow curry powder, tofu, carrots, broccoli, green and yellow onions, shiitake and other mushrooms, and beansprouts, with a sliced lime garnish. With lovely savory flavors, this was comforting and satisfying.
