I read that SIA has been taking steps towards better in-flight veg*n meals by partnering
with vegan producers so I was excited to see what they would serve for dinner on my SG-BOM flight. It was a delicious phad thai. I loved that it wasn't greasy and oleaginous. I think they held back on the spiciness though. anyway, I'm glad they've grown from their once pathetic vegan offerings.
