Sorry I don't have a better picture of this - under the cover sits a
cute little flaxen-yellow blob of mango jelly set neatly on a chia syrup base. Tangy semi-sweet mango taste and jiggly jelly texture. I really enjoyed this dessert which accompanied the phad thai.
