To round out our wine bar dinner, we had this trio of dips along with

our choose-3-charcuterie. This dip plate has red pepper dip, fish-less olive tapenade, and hummus. It's served with fresh, warm pita bread, carrots, bell peppers, and radishes.

I don't know if it was just the wine talking, but that hummus was the best hummus I'd ever had! It was topped with za'atar and roasted chickpeas. The flavor and texture was just so on point!

The red pepper dip was surprising! It was really fresh and something about it made my tongue tingle. It's like it was spicy in a way that didn't heat up the rest of my mouth. It was also topped with roasted pepitas. The olive tapenade was really lemon-forward. I didn't get as much olive as I was expecting.
