
Layers of pasta with chickpea, spinach, and tomato sauce, topped with finely minced roasted broccoli with gave some textural contrast. Served with brussel sprouts and ground cashew nuts. I enjoyed this dish thoroughly. The lasagna sheets were nice and fluffy. A playful coupling of broccoli and cashew crumbs roll over the tongue amidst the lovely tangy tomato sauce. Truly impressive. 🥰
Smooth, soft and creamy. Was very full at this stage and thus struggled to finish.
this was good too!! the right ratio of tomato sauce and pasta:D the cashew nut sand at the side was random but actually went quite well with the lasagna! we couldn’t make out the individual flavours though and thought this wasn’t too mindblowing
This was soft and delicious, but not really mind blowing. The “cheese” was a bit dry. But it is worth trying!
