Crispy - Vegan Schnitzel

first time eating a "Jägerschnitzel" (escalope chasseur) again since becoming vegan. It was great! the potato cucumber salad very good as well. The concept of Siggis is amazing in general, so many tasty vegan dishes, sustainable restaurant, vegan art to look at and vegan books to read!

To me this was like chicken fried steak but I guess the #german version haha the #schnitzel came with a #salad and #frenchfries and I liked the #mushroomgravy a lot 😋

La porción bastante generosa, la pedí con ensalada de papas y pepino. Muy bueno.

Con questo piatto ho capito quanto sia INUTILE continuare a mangiar carne: combinando i sapori e i preziosi frutti della nostra terra possiamo ottenere piatti davvero buonissimi! 🌱🫶🏽

Reaaaally good with a mushroom cream sauce and potatoe salad 🤤🤤
