first time eating a "Jägerschnitzel" (escalope chasseur) again since becoming vegan. It was great! the potato cucumber salad very good as well. The concept of Siggis is amazing in general, so many tasty vegan dishes, sustainable restaurant, vegan art to look at and vegan books to read!

I’ve had all of the individual ingredients before, but never with this flavor. So yeah it definitely was a traditional #german meal and I didn’t much care for it. Which is weird because it has things I normally like such as #tofueggs #mushrooms and #tomatoes . At any rate I liked the #bakedbeans and #hummus though

To me this was like chicken fried steak but I guess the #german version haha the #schnitzel came with a #salad and #frenchfries and I liked the #mushroomgravy a lot 😋

The platter had a dollop of houmous, pea houmous and kidney bean dip with bread. The bread was a little dry but the dips delicious The restaurant was dog friendly and the atmosphere buzzy.
