that tingling, numbing hot and icy peppercorn, and it's literally infused into everything at #siweimaocai. I take everyone to this place because they have amazing vegan options, and this black "ear" mushroom dish is outstanding. It's served cold, and has a really distinctive bite and feel, along with a wonderful lingering vinegar and peppery taste. My favorite #sichuan in all of #singapore!
