I can't help myself. I'm addicted to spicy Sichuan cuisine. 🌶🌶❤️ There's nothing quite like

that tingling, numbing hot and icy peppercorn, and it's literally infused into everything at #siweimaocai. I take everyone to this place because they have amazing vegan options, and this black "ear" mushroom dish is outstanding. It's served cold, and has a really distinctive bite and feel, along with a wonderful lingering vinegar and peppery taste. My favorite #sichuan in all of #singapore!

I’m not a fan of fungus but that has more to do with the name

than anything else! These are really good but compared to all the other vegan choices I’d pass on ordering them again! But my friends love them!
