So when arriving in Japan I instantly googled the nearest vegan ramen because I was so hungry after the flight. Turns out T's Tantan which everyone recommended at Toyko station also has an outlet in T2 at Narita airport. I literally ran there! I tried this more traditional style dish which has beancurd, mushroom, seaweed, lotus root, beansprouts and carrots. I really liked the soup but I dislike seaweed, a LOT so tried to make sure it didn't add any extra flavour to the already salty soup. Overall a good dish but personally not my favourite because of the seaweed flavour.
