Shougayaki Teishoku Set

Ippuku Tea House is one of my most favourite restaurants! This Shougayaki dish is relatively new on their menu, and my dad and I both tried it. The pan-fried tofu in the sauce was divine, and I loved all the little side dishes (it doesn’t usually come with nattō - we got that extra). Everything was very fresh and flavourful, and their miso soup is light and refreshing.
