This is actually in the Starters part of the menu, not with all the other rolls. My friend ordered this, saying that it’s one of her favorites. I have to say, though, this is my least favorite, not one that I would order on future visits, but maybe just have one piece if someone else orders it. This is basically a very light salad, including lettuce, carrots, tofu, spinach, cabbage, and a pineapple vinaigrette. Of all the dishes we ordered, this is the only one with a leftover that no one really wanted. My friend gave a good tip that this is best to be enjoyed first, because it will taste bland if eating it after anything else, because most of their dishes have a bold flavor. This is probably one of the healthiest though.
My favorite way to dine here is among friends who enjoy sharing as much as I do. The four of us on this visit split everything equally, so we got to enjoy a variety and left very fulfilled.
