Love it. Tomato with herbs and onions and red capsicum is a good way to start the day. The loaf is lightly grilled with some form of oil and herbs I believe! So it complements the gravy. And yes, plant based egg - has gotta be the best invention since... the binary code. If I had to find fault, the wild rice was a bit too uncooked.. but if you leave it long enough, it gets nice soaking up the gravy.
