Thick tomato stew topped with dukkah, smoked cashew sour cream, and pumpkin carrot yolk that did have a slight eggy scent with the infusion of black salt. Served with herbed focaccia drizzled in olive oil. The stew was very spicy and tasted like an Indian curry, as mentioned in another user's review. It definitely didn't taste like conventional vegan or non-vegan shakshuka haha. Perhaps this was meant to be a fusion take on shakshuka? Would like to see the pumpkin yolk being used in other dishes in the future! (Contains alliums, $17.90) #sgvegan #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb

The shakshuka was nicely spiced, although I must say it tasted more like a creamy Indian curry than the shakshukas I grew up with - still tasty nonetheless! I particularly found the pumpkin to be an innovative substitute for egg yolk, and it served its purpose well. The bread was nice too, but perhaps toasted a bit too much so it was on the harder side and took extra effort to cut through. Portion size is just right to keep me full but not stuffed. Excited to try other offerings here as the ambiance and staff were really nice!
