shacha lion’s mane udon

It’s full of juicy and meaty mushrooms. The soup is full of bold flavours.

Ordered this dish cos I have not heard of shacha. Apparently it is a type of BBQ sauce that can be used in soup. This soup is a savoury one, with spinach, lion mane mushroom, shitake mushroom, button mushroom, tomato, "ikan bilis". maybe the soup can be thicker with more tomato or mushroom flavour. the udon is ok, not particularly memorable. Pricing is alright although maybe more ingredients might be better.

Love the savoury, flavourful, mildly seafood flavour soup base udon. A must order whenever my hubby and I visit NomVNom . Must try👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. Perfect dish for cold or cooling weather. Really warms the tummy.
