Sesame Tofu

Love this quaint little restaurant. Tofu was delicious!

Lotus is an all vegan Vietnamese restaurant. This dish is called Sesame Tofu but we ordered it with the "vegan bites" protein option. This dish was seriously one of the best Asian dishes I've ever had! It was so flavorful, and the texture of the vegan bites was perfection. I could eat this dish all the time!
