🇨🇳 Our French guest was keen to try this and I’m not one to argue about trying new vegan 🌱foods! This was interesting and I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. It’s a red 🫘bean filling that has a light sweetness. The fried crispy outside gives a delightful crunch and the sesame seeds on the end have a nutty wonderful flavor and texture. Never found a Chinese restaurant fully vegan before, this is authentic and with a welcoming atmosphere. Here we have 2 fried rolls cut in half, some sesame seeds on the top and filled with sweet bean paste (a classic Chinese substitute for chocolate). More than 6 pound I find it a little too pricey.
