Seitan Wings

More like ribs instead of wings because of their shape and size. Regardless, they were delicious! Dense and slightly chewy but also soft and bouncy if that makes sense. I liked the Buffalo flavor more than the BBQ because it was more like a traditional “wing” but am glad I tried both flavors. They were super filling and I had a hard time eating my main course after these! #wings #seitan #hailseitan

i loved these seitan wings! i tried both buffalo and bbq, but the bbq was preferable due to the smoky undertones in the sauce. it was delicious! additionally, the seitan’s texture is excellent, and the ranch had me questioning if there was secretly dairy in it (there was obviously not) !

Seriously one of my favorite dishes of all time! I'm not from Denver and only visit a couple of times a year, but I dream about these wings the rest of the year. I went to City O City straight from the airport because I wanted these wings so badly. I don't know what they do to their seitan but it is absolute perfection! I got an order of half buffalo and half BBQ, and they come with vegan ranch. GET THESE!!!

We got half bbq half Buffalo. The taste for both was great. A little bready for my liking and very greasy (like when seitan is closer to crispy bread soaked in oil). I won’t be getting again because wayy too oily. Tasty but honestly made me sick. Everything else there was amazing though!
