Caponata senza aceto e con pinoli. La caponata è diversa in ogni posto, questa è
digeribilissima oltre che buona.

This is the Sicilian caponata, mainly made of fried eggplants in a sweet and sour
sauce. I generally eat it with less tomato sauce but this was very nice anyway.
