tasted pretty close to the real thing, minus the fishy smell. All-round good dish

Zalmon by itself just tastes like jelly so… it just looks
like salmon but taste and texture wise it’s pretty off in my opinion. Overall it still tastes good!
This was good, packed with flavor and the avocado in the middle added creaminess. One
of my favorites that I tried.
Pleasantly surprise, the taste is quite similar to salmon. Overall super yummy!
Elegant looking. Thin slices of “zalmon” topped with vegan mayo on a lovely sushi rice
pillow. Everything was on point.
